Navigate Global Health's purpose is to assist individuals and companies
identify qualified medical providers with regard to designing medical,
dental and cosmetic treatments and recuperation packages for
destinations on a global basis. In our role as a medical travel
facilitator, we research and compile information regarding healthcare
and cosmetic surgery providers and offer this information for ones
personal use in making a more informed decision about obtaining
medical, dental and cosmetic treatment both outside and inside the
United States.
Navigate Global Health is neither a medical service provider nor medical referral service, and does not endorse, recommend, or approve any healthcare provider listed in the Site.
We are not medical professionals and will not discuss or advise on any issues relating to medical treatment.
We facilitate contact with, and provide information about physicians and healthcare providers outside the United States, the accreditation and credentials are provided for informational purposes only. This information is supplied so Navigate Global Health clients can make decisions based on the information provided by the hospital and its medical staff.
While Navigate Global Health provides information it does not recommend any preferred or specific doctors for your desired medical treatment. We look to offer our clients options which will allow for informed decision making.
We recommend that to the extent possible all Navigate Global Health clients discuss all medical issues with your medical doctor in the United States before making a decision on medical treatment outside the United States.
Through our medical travel affiliates around the world and our research provides information about available medical treatment and recuperation packages to assist you in making an informed decision.
Prices:
All prices provided on the Site or in our brochures and associated materials are subject to change without notice and should be interpreted as estimates.
This is due to airlines, hotels and medical service providers may change their prices at any time. Currencies fluctuate on a daily basis while geopolitical factors also contribute to price changes.
Special conditions may apply to the prices set out in our materials and on the Site.

The prices set out in our materials and on the Site may not include taxes or airport charges.
You will be advised of all applicable taxes, airport charges and any additional costs at the time of your booking with Navigate Global Health.
Payment Terms:
All clients will be required to make payment through certified bank check or credit card. Depending on the country and medical provider payment maybe required at the time of booking. Different medical service providers have different billing procedures. Total payment may include but are not limited to hospital expenses, procedure price, airfare, hotel, and ground transportation.
Should you choose to pay bills as they come due a 10% deposit of the total procedure price estimate will be required four weeks prior to departure.
Should the medical service provider chosen allow for the payment of the total estimate price any overpayment will be refunded to you.
Cancellation Fees:
Should a cancellation occur transportation, accommodation and medical service providers and other third parties may impose cancellation fees. You agree you will be solely responsible for payment of any and all such fees and that Navigate Global Health will have no liability for any such fees. To protect against travel cancellation charges and potential medical malpractice, we strongly recommend purchasing Cancellation Protection,Travel Interruption and medical malpractice Insurance.
Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall Navigate Global Health or its parent MCF LLC and partner Accent Travel, be liable for ant indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages (including damages for for loss of business, profit, revenue, data, use or other economic advantage) incurred by distributor. or any other third party, in connection with or arising from the use of any of the services provided and in association with this site, However it arise, whether in an action in contract or tort.
Disclaimer of Warranties:
Navigate Global Health makes no warranty, expressed or implied, regarding the fitness of the services provided by any third party, these include but are not limited to hospitals, healthcare providers, physicians, hotels, and transportation providers.
Arbitration:
Any dispute or claim arising under or with respect to this user agreement will be resolved by arbitration under the provisions of the Vermont Arbitration Act, the parties shall be responsible for payment of their own expenses and attorney’s fees.

Navigate Global Health respects your privacy. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to outline how we deal with any personal data you provide to us while visiting our Site.
