 The dental clinic managed by Dr. Angel Serrano has been in operation since 1974. During this time the dental clinic has been providing dental care to both local patients and dental tourists traveling from California, 70% percent of the clinics patients are dental tourism travelers from the United States. For more than 35 years patients have found excellent dental care in a relaxed environment. The staff is highly qualified and provides personalized attention.
The 3,000 square foot clinic is located with easy access to the border. In this clinic you will find modern equipment in an environment which meets the US Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s, OSHA, hygiene regulation.
 Part of the OSHA hygiene regulation is seen in the sterilization process. The clinic preforms spore tests to it sterilization equipment on a weekly basis. Instruments are sterilized individually, each piece in an separate bag which is opened only in front of the patient. In addition to the sterilization process the clinic only uses materials approved by the American Dental Association, ADA. These safety protocols should make the decision to choose the dental tourism option easier.
Dr. Serrano’s clinic was one of the first certified dental facilities to meet the standards of ten US based health maintenance organization in the United States.
